Reports can be emailed anywhere in the world or viewed online with internet access, so virtually everyone can have access to this incredible technology. If you add an optional blood work panel (USA only), you also receive a display of visual graphs that reveals even the subtlest imbalance, which if left undetected could eventually lead to a serious illness or disease. Any areas that deviate significantly from the norm are identified, so you know they require follow up with a physician. The Symptomatic Survey is an extensive questionnaire that you fill out by selecting from multiple choice or Yes and No answers. You have up to 30 days to complete your survey. The results are automatically forwarded to our data analysis center to produce a 10 to 40 page personal report based on your answers. You will receive an email as soon as your report is ready to view online/download (usually the next week day after you completed your survey). If you also purchase a blood work panel with your survey, its results will be added to your survey. If you decide to purchase a panel within 60 days after taking the survey, you will be given an updated report and recommendations at no additional cost. You can access your report on this website with your password as many times as you like for at least 90 days after you are notified it is ready.
