    There are women who actually feel like they belong in a lock up due to their Jeckel/Hyde personalities. Take drastic measures to protect yourself. Don't eat it! Crashing and burning is no fun. If I eat chocolate when I have bad PMS I get mean and aggressive. How many of you can relate to this? I have had to learn to JUST SAY NO! Because honestly, we will feel better! If you are craving chocolate take some cal/mags, drink lots of water and keep some almonds in the freezer for a treat.
